Seeing Some Light After a Dark Year

Dear Friends,

While much remains uncertain as 2021 progresses, we can see some light ahead of us, thanks to the availability of the COVID-19 vaccines.

Our thoughts remain with those who have suffered through so much in the past year, particularly those who have lost loved ones as a result of the pandemic.

Like many of you, our team members struggled to do their jobs despite the massive obstacles confronting them. With the uncertainty, periodic quarantines and the sickness of staff, we experienced a true test of our fortitude.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding about the challenges we faced in delivering timely service while following CDC-recommended safety protocols. We know you were facing similar challenges at your jobs and in your households, all in order to keep your families safe.
