You probably already get your favorite movies and TV shows on-demand – why not get your hot water that way, too?

A tankless propane water heater heats only the water you need, when you need it for your shower, sink, dishwasher or washing machine. By working this way, a tankless water heater delivers several benefits that a conventional water heater (one with a storage tank) can’t match, including:

1. Virtually unlimited hot water. Because you’re heating water on the fly as it circulates, there’s no end to your hot water supply. That means you’ll never run out of hot water again (say goodbye to cold showers!).
2. Lower energy bills. Tankless systems only operate when hot water is needed, so you’ll never pay to heat water so it can sit in a tank and cool, only to be reheated again later. Most tankless systems also operate with an electronic ignition rather than a pilot light, which saves fuel. All in all, you could save you as much as 30 percent on your energy bills by installing a tankless system. And did we mention the fact that tankless systems last nearly twice as long as conventional water heaters on average?
3. Better placement options. A tankless heater is about the size of a suitcase–a great advantage if you have limited space to work with. They can even be wall mounted.
4. Greater home value. A tankless water heater will improve your Home Energy Rating System (HERS) score, which adds value to your home if you choose to sell it.

Of course tankless systems aren’t for everybody, which is why we also offer conventional high-efficiency propane water heating options – contact us to learn more.
